In August 2024, the Chameleon project team released a prototype version of the new Trovi platform, introducing several enhancements designed to improve user experience and facilitate greater engagement with our educational materials. Trovi serves as a critical repository for our courselets, making them accessible to educators and students worldwide.

Key enhancements include an improved user interface with intuitive navigation, enhanced search capabilities to easily find relevant courselets, and better integration with the Chameleon Cloud resources. We also introduced new features that enable users to contribute feedback, share their own courselets, and collaborate with others in the community.

These improvements were informed by user feedback and our evaluation findings, which highlighted the importance of accessibility and ease of use. By streamlining the platform and adding collaborative features, we aim to foster a vibrant community of educators and learners who can collectively advance data systems education.
